We strive to ensure that all our developments retain and enhance core components of the local area whilst providing suitable and appealing environments for people to live in.

As a firm we work with established land agents to source sites with high growth potential. We will always aim to partner with the best-in-class planning consultants, architects, project managers and building contractors - all of which share our values.

WS Property aims to use sustainable construction methods and environmentally friendly materials, where possible. We work with the council and local communities to ensure our developments always have attractive aesthetics that are aligned to the local area's architecture.

The Team

Jake Wilmot-Sitwell

Jake co-founded WS Property in 2020 with his brother Luke. Prior to this he spent two years investing in technology start-ups for the venture capital firm Hambro Perks. Jake began his career in Hong Kong working in finance and accountancy functions at the conglomerate Jardine Matheson.

Jake graduated from The University of Manchester studying Economics and Finance and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Luke Wilmot-Sitwell

Luke co-founded WS Property in 2020 with his brother Jake. Before setting up the company he spent over four years at Armstrong International Executive Search. Luke co-led the Corporate Finance business; with a particular focus on UK M&A, EMEA M&A, Financial Institutions Group, Technology, Media & Telecoms.

Luke graduated from Newcastle University studying Geography.

Land Requirements

We are always on the lookout to expand our network and form new connections. We work in partnership with land agents to ensure we can find the best sites in our designated geography.

WS Property will typically consider both consented and unconsented property development schemes up to 10 units in size. We can look at all types of tenure including mixed-use, unconditional, subject to planning or benefitting from existing planning consent.

Predominantly our geographic focus is in the South East of England, however we are also very happy to look in other regions if the right opportunity presents itself.
